Nayan Tarse,Nayan Tarse.......

Its kind of strange but no other song has had this kind of impact on me as this on from DEV D has.I personally think Amit Trivedi has done a fantastic job....

Nayan Tarse

Nayan Tarse

Daras Na Mile

Nayan Tarse

..

Nayan Tarse

Nayan Tarse

Dono Se Bahe Dhaar

Nayan Tarse

..

Haare Ye

Path Nihar

Nayan Tarse .. Tarse .. Tarse Re …..

..

Bisar Gaye .. Bisar Gaye .. Kitne

Bisar Gaye .. Bisar Gaye .. Kitne

Biraha Mein jal jal, Pal Woh Gaye Badal

swaha swaha swaha .. hey hey .. hey hey

..

Bisar Gaye .. Bisar Gaye .. Kitne

Bisar Gaye .. Bisar Gaye .. Kitne

Sunahre Yeh Din, Kaali Raat Mein Gaye Dhal

Raama Raama Raama Raama Re ….

..

Saawan Barse .. Saawan Barse

Tapish Ki Phuhaar

Sawaan Barse

..

Saawan Barse .. Saawan Barse

Chubhan De Hazaar

Sawaan Barse

..

Gaali Si Lage Malhaar

Sawaan Barse Barse Barse Re ….

Its somehow strange that no matter how hard you try to run away from your past it somehow hits you in your face in some form or the other. This particular song has done the same for me in a painful yet meaningful way.....no matter how hard you might try to forget that face can never forget it and your eyes keep searching for it but in vain... :(

Uncertainty - The Only thing certain about this Life

Yesterday morning was just another lazy Sunday morning for me.......a boring and uneventful day given the fact that it was the very beginning of the month(read paisa khatam hai ).I was not expecting any thing unusual or out of the place but then something unusual happened........

At about 12 :30 i got a call from one of school friend.......with the bad news that a common school friend named Dhrupad Das is no more.It took me some time to take down that news and it was indeed a shock given the fact that the boy had just started doing well well in life after graduation. This period was to be his happiest but I guess destiny had other plans.

I was hoping to meet Dhrupad and many other school friends later this year when I was planning to visit Bangalore.I somehow liked the boy inspite of the fact that we were never very close in school. The key word being we respected each other & tried to understand each other.May God bless him & his family and may his soul rest in peace.

The real intention behind this blog is the way we take life ,people and events - we tend to take everything for granted and only seek our old friends when we need them and I admit to this fact that I had done the same quiet a few times.

The next time you sit and think about the people who are close to you - think of all those people in your neighbourhood, your school, friends you made during your graduation and ask yourself when was the last time when you spoke to them. You will find a strange hollow feeling an a sense of emptiness.

Todays generation (me included ) is becoming selfish by the day.......they only need that so called golden word to all the happiness in the world,"Success" and those people who can facilitate it in any possible way.

This loss has taught me one very important thing ,its never too late to get back to your old friends, relatives and acquaintances - people who knew you when you were any other Tom,Dick ,Harry and Akash.
